Calligraphic engraving

One of the trend-setting procedures, who are skilled in calligraphy, is engraving. Engraving is a form of permanently decorating a product and engraving the design into the surface itself. Procedure

We engrave entirely by hand. Our hand engraving does not include laser engraving. Therefore, we can also add engraving to products that are not suitable for laser engraving. Together with you, we select calligraphic scriptthat best suits the occasion for which you have chosen the gift. For beautiful finished appearance design is further emphasised by gold or silver plated. This will make your gift even more special.

Materials

Suitable for engraving wines, fragrances, perfumes, and of course whisky or cognac bottles, decanters, knives and cake spatulas, water bottles or thermos bottles. Engraving It is not possible on bottles that have already been cut, as the engraving is not visible on such surfaces. Some bottles have a coating with the appearance of cut glass, which peels off when engraved. Also Champagnes and Pennine are not suitable for engraving, as the bottles are under pressure and can burst dangerously during the engraving process or even afterwards. For this reason, they are only engraved in exceptional cases. This is because the engraving process affects the very surface of the bottle and can destroy its integrity.
