Wedding invitations are the first step in introducing your guests to your story, the style of your celebration, and the warmth of your special day. I understand how important every detail is, so I’ll make sure the design faithfully reflects your unique vision.

WEDDING PACKAGES (FOR A SET OF 25 INVITATIONS)
You can choose from three sophisticated styles that make planning easier and ensure that all elements are perfectly coordinated.

1. MINIMALIST PACKAGE (Classic and Timeless Elegance)

• Format: Classic rectangular shape (A5 size).
• Invitation: Printed on high-quality matte paper weighing 250 g.
• Envelope: An elegant, premium-quality envelope (A5, 140 g) in a select color scheme.
• Invitation Design: Single-page graphic design (includes one free revision of text content; additional revisions will be charged).
• Package Price (25 pieces): 145.00 EUR (5.80 EUR per item)
• Price of Package A6: 115 EUR (4.60 EUR per item)

2. ROMANTIC PACKAGE (Refined Details and Textures)

• Format: Classic rectangular shape (A5 size).
• Invitation: Printed on high-quality matte paper weighing 250 g.
• Envelope: An elegant, premium-quality envelope (A5, 140 g) in a select color scheme.
• Three add-ons: A translucent cover (vellum), bound with decorative cord and adorned with a wax seal.
• Handwritten calligraphy on the envelope: spelling of a first name or last name (example: Novak family)
• Invitation Design: Single-page graphic design (includes one free revision of text content; additional revisions will be charged).
• Package price (25 pieces): 249.00 EUR (9.96 EUR per piece)
• Price of Package A6: 219.00 EUR (8.76 EUR per item)

3. PRESTIGE PACKAGE (Luxury Calligraphy and Hand-Finishing)

• Format: Classic rectangular shape or any shape
• Invitation: Printed on high-quality 250 g matte paper with hand-torn and delicately dyed edges for a beautiful texture.
• Envelope: An elegant, premium-quality envelope (A5, 140 g) featuring a unique, hand-calligraphed inscription of the wedding guests' names.
• Handwritten calligraphy on the envelope: spelling of a first name or last name (example: Novak family)
• There are four possible add-ons: An elegant chiffon or silk ribbon, small accents of dried flowers, decorative cord, hand-applied gold leaf, torn and dyed edges, a seal.
• Invitation Design: Single-page graphic design (includes one free revision of text content; additional revisions will be charged).
• Price of the A5 package (25 pieces): 349.00 EUR (13.96 EUR/piece)
• Price of the A6 package: 319.00 EUR (12.76 per unit)

ORDER AND KEY DEADLINES

• Schedule an appointment: It is recommended to do this 5 to 7 months before the wedding upon payment of a 50 % advance.
• Invitation preview: You will receive the first graphic draft within 5 business days of submitting all the necessary information.
• Final payment: The remaining 50 % of the total amount shall be paid immediately upon approval of the draft and before printing begins.
• Creating invitations: The finished products will be ready within 15 business days of your written confirmation and receipt of payment (so you can send them to your wedding guests 2 to 3 months before the wedding).
• Seating Chart and Menus: Please submit and finalize the data for desktop publications no later than 10 days before your desired pickup date.

ADDITIONAL PRINTED MATERIALS AND SERVICES ON THE WEDDING DAY

To ensure a perfectly coordinated look for your wedding, the following essential elements are also available as additional services at the celebration venue itself:

• Name cards for guests of various shapes and materials
• Wedding Menus (You can combine them with name cards)
• Signs and Signs (welcome message, directional signs, menu)

LIVE CALLIGRAPHY

Surprise your wedding guests with personalized gifts. We’ll create that special effect for you—one that leaves no guest indifferent as they watch their gift being personalized with lettering or engraving right before their eyes.

• More Affordable Printing for Your Wedding Day: When you order invitations and other printed materials for the celebration at the same time, you will receive 10 % discount on the entire package.

DESIGN PROPOSALS AND VISUAL CONCEPT STRUCTURE (MOODBOARD)
To ensure that the process from concept to final product proceeds without uncertainty, I am including a structured visual plan and draft diagrams in this proposal, which we will finalize together in the next step:

• Mood Board (Visual Inspiration): A collection of visual inspirations, paper textures and colors, typefaces, and material combinations that we approve together before starting the project.
• Invitation Design Templates: Proposals for various geometric designs for printed materials (classic rectangles, square shapes, modern designs with curves, or elongated invitations).
• Name Tag Layout: Customization of place card designs—from classic folded, straight, or curved cards with hand-torn edges to circles or irregular shapes with selected details.

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK, FROM IDEA TO ACQUISITION?
The process consists of 5 simple steps:

• Consulting and the selection of colors, shapes, materials, and calligraphy styles.
• Preparation and a preview of the graphic design featuring your monogram.
• Coordination the texts (including 1 correction) and your written confirmation.
• Printed from and precise hand finishing with selected embellishments and calligraphy.
• Takeover or safe delivery to your address.

WHAT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED?
To ensure that the process proceeds smoothly, in an orderly manner, and without delays, please prepare the following materials:

• Final Text an invitation that includes confirmed dates, locations, times, and RSVP contact information, along with a deadline for confirming attendance.
• List of Wedding Guests (in an Excel or Word file) and their addresses, if you choose to handwrite all the addresses on the envelopes.
• Proofreading The text is not included in the price.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once you have approved the final graphic design in writing and the printed materials have gone to press and are undergoing manual finishing, you can no longer cancel the order or request a refund, as this is a one-of-a-kind, custom-made product.
