Add a touch of magic to your event with live product personalisation in front of your guests. Each visitor receives a unique product, handwritten or engraved with his or her name, dedications or special messages.
It's not just a service, it's an attraction that engages, entertains and creates unforgettable memories.

What does the service include?

1.Pre-preparation (included in the price)

• Product testing.
• Checking the suitability of the product for calligraphy or engraving.
• Determining the optimal position on the product.
• Choice of calligraphy style in line with the brand identity.

2.Live personalisation

• In-person delivery at the event or point of sale.
• Extension possible (by arrangement).
• Speed: approx. 20 to 40 products per hour (depending on the material and nature of the event).

What does the client provide?

• Work table (min 120 x 60 cm)
• Additional table for finished products.
• Two tables
• Access to electricity.
• If you can't provide the set-up, we will.
• Workpoint branding option.

What is not included in the price?

• Extra person - hostess - required for events with more than 60 guests.
• Travel costs and any accommodation will be charged separately.
• Additional services or modifications are considered an extension of the service and will be charged.

I'm not providing a service, I'm creating an experience. For more than ten years, I have been handwriting names, dedications and stories at prestigious events and in collaboration with top brands. Each record is created especially for the person who receives it, so it is never just a product, but a personal moment that remains.

Live personalisation is not an add-on to an event, but a moment when a guest stops, observes and takes away something that has meaning for them. My work always adapts to the space, the people and the atmosphere, quietly, elegantly and without intrusiveness.

On-scene proceedings
I arrive early enough to settle in and get everything ready before the guests arrive. All I need is a table, two chairs and access to electricity, everything else I bring with me. When there is a large number of visitors, I have an assistant with me so that the guests can relax and concentrate on choosing the message and I can concentrate on creating.

Personalisation products
The products are usually provided by the client, and I am happy to help with the selection and test them in advance. The most beautiful results are achieved on wine bottles, perfumes and cosmetics, bar equipment, thermoses, textiles, leather, wood, metal and acrylic and powder-coated surfaces.

Some materials are unfortunately not suitable, for example:

• cut or coated glass,
• bottles under pressure,
• very thin or extremely hard glass,
• enamelled surfaces, and
• soft plastic tubes.

Location and reservations
I also organise events abroad, with travel and, if necessary, accommodation costs charged separately. If a date is still available, I can also respond to rush bookings, but for more complex and urgent projects, additional costs may apply.
